1. Right to Return
You have the right to return a product ordered from the online store within 14 days of receiving it.
2. Conditions for Return
To return the product, please ensure that:
- The product has not been used (not installed and shows no signs of usage).
- Wheels are returned in their original packaging.
If the product is defective or damaged during delivery, notify us immediately. We will arrange a free return via courier, or you can return it yourself.
3. How to Return a Product?
Please write to us via email and provide:
- The order number.
- The reason for return (optional).
Choose the method of return:
- In person: Bring the product to Valokaari, 10, Helsinki.
- By courier: Send it via a convenient service or post to Valokaari, 10, Helsinki. If you need assistance, contact us, and we will send the return documents. The courier will contact you to pick up the product.
Wait for confirmation from us. We will inform you of the next steps.
4. Refunds
- If the product is defective or it is our error, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- In other cases, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
- In case of refusal of the delivered goods, if the seller is not at fault, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs of organizing the return of the goods in the amount of 200 euros. This amount covers transportation and return processing costs.
The refund will be processed to your card or other payment method within 7 working days after the product has been inspected.
If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you.
