1A Renkaat OY, Y-tunnus 3104581-8 (hereinafter referred to as the trader) and the consumer who places an order on the 1arenkaat.fi website and identifies themselves by entering personal information into the order form, have made this online store usage agreement.

1. ONLINE STORE
1.1. 1arenkaat.fi is an online store created by the trader through which products are sold to consumers.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The parties to the agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Finland and other laws as well as the terms of the e-commerce usage agreement.
2.2. The trader has the right to make changes to the offered online store service at any time.
2.3. The trader has the right to unilaterally change the terms of use without the obligation to inform the consumer.

3. PRODUCTS AND MAKING A PURCHASE
The consumer has the opportunity to select a suitable product from the 1arenkaat.fi website and add it to the cart. The website describes the goods both illustratively and in real pictures.
3.1. The consumer has the opportunity to select the right product by the size of the rim and add it to the cart. You can then search the website for other rim sizes that interest you and add them to the cart if necessary. The quantities of tires and rims are presented as 4, 3, 2, and 1. It is not possible to buy a single rim (1 pc.) or a pair (2 pcs.) from the set. You can write an email to purchase a single rim from the set.
3.2. If no other selections have been made, the delivery information below must be filled in and the delivery method selected. Before purchasing, check the accuracy of the provided information, pay attention to product details (product condition, location, quantity) and make sure the rim size is correct. Next, you must read and accept the purchase terms of 1arenkaat.fi and press the BUY button.
3.3. You can pay for the goods in full on the website. The full invoice will be automatically sent to the consumer's email.
3.4. Payment for the goods is made via Montonio. Payment options: -Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Pohjola, POP Bank, S-Bank, Savings Bank-Visa / Mastercard card. The trader's bank details are visible on the website. Next, press the BUY button. The consumer will then be directed to the Internet bank. If the payment is made in the Internet bank, it is very important to remember that the consumer must return to the 1arenkaat.fi website where the purchase was made. Press the Back to Merchant button in the Internet bank.
3.5. Our partners in installment payments are…
3.6. Consumers can order goods for free to the 1arenkaat.fi office located in Helsinki, Valokaari 10, or from partners. Goods can also be ordered to the address provided by the consumer. In the latter case, the condition for sending the goods is to pay the full amount according to the order. If the consumer's address is within mainland Finland, delivery is 25 eur for 2 pcs and 40 eur for 4 pcs and depends on the delivery location. In Finland, Matkahuolto's price lists apply. Prices can always be asked from the supplier. The delivery price is automatically added to the price of the goods by selecting the correct delivery method when making a purchase.
3.7. If desired, it is possible to change the tires at the 1arenkaat.fi office in Helsinki or with partners.
3.8. The contract between the trader and the consumer is considered concluded from the receipt of the amount to be paid according to the order confirmation into the account of 1A Renkaat OY.
3.9. An “unpaid order” made in the online store, for which the consumer has not made a transfer within 3 working days, will be canceled.

4. PRICING AND PRICE DIFFERENCES
4.1. Please note that the prices of our products in our online store and physical stores may differ. The prices listed on our website are valid only when shopping online at 1arenkaat.fi. The prices in our physical stores may be higher, as these prices include the cost of service and operational expenses. We strive to offer our customers the best possible deals, but we ask for understanding that conditions and prices may vary depending on whether the purchase is made directly in the store or online.

5. PRICES
5.1. All online store prices are in euros and include VAT.
5.2. The transport costs for ordering four (4) or more tires within Finland are from 65 euros.
5.3. If the order is made for less than four (4) tires, the transport price is 45-65 euros. The price of the transport service depends on the destination chosen by the consumer, the delivery method (courier service, pickup), and the quantity of goods. The consumer can see the final price of the transport service by selecting the quantity of goods, destination address, and delivery method.
5.4. The price of used and new rims and tires is stated as a unit price.
5.5. The trader has the right to change the prices displayed in the online store at any time. If the prices in the online store have changed after the consumer has placed an order and paid for it, they undertake to deliver the corresponding products to the user at the prices valid at the time of the order or give the opportunity to cancel the order. The consumer does not have the right to claim compensation for the price difference.

6. DELIVERY TIME AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
6.1. If the location of the goods is Helsinki warehouse, the ordered goods will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer and with the selected transport service to DPD or Matkahuolto for the consumer within 2-7 working days, if the location of the goods is Vesse, Vesse warehouse – 4-9 working days. If the delivery time of the goods is marked “on order“ etc., the goods will be delivered to the consumer from a foreign warehouse. Once the invoice has been paid into the bank account of 1A Renkaat OY, the goods will be delivered to the consumer within 3-14 working days. If invoices are paid or received on holidays or after 12:00 on a working day, the order execution will start the next working day.
6.2. Delivery in Helsinki is available for a flat fee of 25 euros.
6.3. The delivery time to special areas, such as islands and remote counties, can be extended by 5 working days.
6.4. If the location of the product is listed as Warehouse or Warehouse 3, the goods will be delivered to the consumer within 2-7 working days from the receipt of payment into the account of 1A Renkaat OY.
6.5. Goods marked “2 days with order” mean that the goods will arrive at the 1arenkaat.fi office within 2-3 working days from placing the order. If the consumer wants to receive the goods through DPD, Matkahuolto, or OSC courier, the delivery time will be added to the delivery time of 2-3 working days.
6.6. When ordering goods marked as “by order,” it is necessary to contact the trader by email at info@1arenkaat.fi, by phone at (+358) 40 481 7479, or for more information on Facebook and Instagram.
6.7. Upon arrival at the delivery location, the details must be carefully checked, and all required details must be provided and correct. The trader will deliver the goods to the consumer based on the information provided. 1arenkaat.fi and the courier company are not responsible for delays and misunderstandings in deliveries if the delay or misunderstanding is due to incorrect information provided by the consumer when placing the order.

7. CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT
7.1. All products purchased from the 1arenkaat.fi online store have a 14-day return policy. According to section 56 (1) of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer has the right to return or exchange the goods for another product without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery of the goods. NOTE! By law, this rule does not apply to goods purchased from offices.
7.2. If the contract is terminated, the consumer must make a corresponding request to the trader (indicating the email address info@1arenkaat.fi): the consumer's name, purchase date, account number, and order number. Then return the ordered goods to the 1arenkaat.fi online store immediately, but no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice (section 56² (1) of the Law of Obligations Act). (According to section 56 of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer proves the withdrawal from the contract).
7.3. The costs of returning the item are borne by the consumer unless the parties agree otherwise.
7.4. After canceling the order, the money for the goods, including the delivery costs incurred by the consumer, will be refunded to the same account from which the goods were paid within 14 days of the trader receiving the goods. The trader is given the opportunity to delay the payment until the consumer has returned the goods subject to the contract or provided proof that they have returned the item (section 561 (5) of the Law of Obligations Act).
7.5. Returned goods purchased from the 1arenkaat.fi online store (tires/wheels/other goods) must not be used (driven), installed, disassembled, or damaged.
7.6. If it turns out that the returned goods do not meet the conditions of section 6.5 of the usage agreement, the trader has the right to demand a reduction in the value of the goods.

8. LIABILITY
8.1. The trader and the consumer are liable to each other for damages caused to the other party by violating these terms to the extent provided by the laws of the Republic of Finland. The delivery of goods outside the Republic of Finland is also governed by EU legislation and international law.
8.2. The trader is not responsible for the delay in delivering the product to the consumer.
8.3. The trader is not responsible for the loss or damage of the product sent to the carrier based on the shipping order (Matkahuolto, OSC, and DPD).
8.4. The trader is not responsible for the consumer's new purchases from another seller if they find faults with goods purchased from 1arenkaat.fi, and the company will not compensate for these costs. If a defect is detected, the consumer must notify the trader as soon as possible by email, providing their contact details, invoice number, description of the defect, and attaching necessary copies of documents and photos.
8.4.1. The trader is not responsible for goods purchased from the 1arenkaat.fi online store that are not serviced at the trader's repair shop/technical installation, nor for new products purchased from another seller.
8.4.2. The trader is not financially responsible for replacement products purchased from other sellers if another seller gives a negative assessment of the goods purchased from the 1arenkaat.fi online store.
8.5. 1arenkaat.fi is responsible for the work done and the goods purchased and installed in the office.

9. PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING CLAIMS
9.1. 1arenkaat.fi will review a written complaint within 15 calendar days of submission, section 19 (6) of the Consumer Protection Act. If the trader cannot respond to the consumer's complaint within 15 days, the trader must notify the consumer in writing to respond within a reasonable time, section 19 (6) of the Consumer Protection Act.
9.2. The time for submitting a claim for goods is two years from the delivery of the goods to the consumer, section 218 (2) of the Law of Obligations Act.
9.3. In the event of a defect, the consumer must not use the goods and must notify the trader immediately.
9.4. The consumer's claim is not subject to resolution if the defects in the product are due to the consumer's fault.
9.5. 1arenkaat.fi has the right to conduct an expert examination to determine the cause of the defect. If the defect is found to be due to the consumer's fault during the examination, the product is not covered by the warranty, and the consumer will bear the cost of the examination.
9.6. The claim covers tires/wheels/other goods that are not installed and have immediately noticeable defects that were not known to the consumer at the time of purchase:
9.6.1. Cuts/cracks that prevent normal use of the rim;

10. PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR USE
10.1. When placing orders on the 1arenkaat.fi website, the consumer's personal data (name, surname, address, phone, email) is requested.
10.2. 1arenkaat.fi collects personal data only for the company's operations (in this case, wheel sales) for sending goods or invoices.
10.3. Personal data users are only those who need to know it in connection with sales work.
10.4. 1arenkaat.fi stores the consumer's personal data (name, surname, phone, and address) on a separate private server for sales purposes.
10.5. 1arenkaat.fi does not store consumer bank data when making online payments.
10.6. The information and personal data collected during the order process are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.

11. DISPUTES
11.1. Disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland. The consumer has the right to turn to the Consumer Protection Commission. If the parties do not reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved in the district court.
11.2. The products sold by 1arenkaat.fi under the condition “like new” may have signs of use (parking/installation, visual defects, etc.). These wheel/tire/visual defects do not endanger the consumer in any way.
